Why companies book the house instead of three hotel rooms
Three people travelling together get three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room and kitchen to share, rather than three doors along a corridor. There is fibre broadband at up to 1GB for the evening calls, a washing machine and dryer for the longer stay, and free parking at the front door.
Check-in is by lockbox, so a late arrival from Dublin or the airport is no problem and nobody is waiting on a receptionist. The hotel's bar and restaurants are 200 metres away for the nights nobody wants to cook.
One guest who stayed with colleagues put it plainly: comfortable, responsive host, good location, nice walks. That is the job.

Check live availability and pay by company card on the booking page. You receive confirmation and a receipt by email immediately.
Or ask us to invoice
If your finance team needs an invoice, or you want to block several weeks, send an enquiry with the dates and we will hold the booking and invoice the company. Bank transfer accepted.
Longer stays
Weekly and multi-week stays for a project team or a relocating employee can be arranged directly. Tell us the dates and we will quote.

Waterford city centre is about fifteen minutes by car. Waterford Airport is about twenty minutes. Dublin is roughly two hours by the M9.
