Everything you need before you arrive. A full house guide is waiting for you inside, reached by QR code.
Arriving and leaving
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Access is by lockbox; we email the code and directions before you arrive, so you can let yourself in at any hour. Bookings need to be made at least one day before arrival.
Early check-in from 12 noon and late check-out until 7pm can be added to your booking, subject to availability, at the prices shown when you book.
Hotel facilities and leisure centre
Faithlegg House Hotel's facilities are next door and open to our guests, and are paid for directly to the hotel. They are not included in the price of the house. The hotel's current leisure centre and pool rates for our guests are:

Rates cover 2 adults and 2 children and are set by the hotel; please confirm at the hotel's leisure centre reception when you arrive. Golf, spa treatments and dining are booked and paid for directly with the hotel.

Inside the house
Fibre WiFi is included; the network name and password are on the welcome card in the house. The fireplace can be used; please never leave it burning unattended. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided. Bed linen and towels are included, and a travel cot and high chair are set up on request.
House rules
- Maximum 4 adults plus one infant in the travel cot
- No parties or events
- No smoking or vaping inside the house
- No pets as standard; a small pet may be accepted by arrangement with a security deposit, so please ask first
- Quiet after 10pm; the mews is a residential terrace
- Please switch off heating and lights and lock up when you go out
